A: No.
2: IN WHAT CURRENCY ARE PRICES ON THE SITE LISTED?
A: All prices listed on the Gracefully Erotic web site are in Canadian Dollars ($ CAD). Foreign currency exchange rates for US or other country cardholders are determined by your credit card company's daily exchange rate.
3: DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
A: Canadian customers are subject to federal tax (GST or HST), and provincial sales tax as stipulated by their province of residence.
4: DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
A: Yes. Gracefully Erotic accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You may also pay with your PayPal account. We are required to charge GST on shipping charges.

5: IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?
A: Gracefully Erotic uses PayPal's secure payment system to process payment for orders placed on our site. PayPal employs the latest encryption and security software to ensure that your payment details and credit card information will not be compromised during transmittal between your computer and PayPal. And, to maintain your credit card information in the most secure environment possible, no credit card information is ever stored on our servers.
For your protection, our site uses a Secure Socket Layer connection during the payment process which uses sophisticated encryption technology to ensure that your credit card information will not be compromised during transmittal. On our Secure Payment Form, you will notice this icon: at the bottom of your browser window which ensures that the connection is secure.
6: HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
A: Currently, we ship all orders via Canada Post. Orders normally ship within 2 business days. As your privacy is important to us, all orders from Gracefully Erotic are shipped in discreet white or brown packaging.
7: TO WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP?
A: We ship adult toys, lingerie, and accessories to customers throughout Canada and the United States. For our American customers, the NAFTA agreement covers all merchandise we sell. Therefore, there are no excise taxes due or charged.
8: HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
A: Shipping charges are determined by the total of your order and the method of shipping chosen. Orders totalling $75 or more before taxes receive FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING. Shipping options consist of Expedited, Xpresspost and Priority Courier.

9: DO YOU HAVE PERIODIC SALES ON SELECTED ITEMS?
A: Yes we do. We often email our customers with upcoming sales and promotions. Click here to be added to our mailing list.
10: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
A: Yes and no. For health reasons, we can only accept product returns for un-opened items showing no signs of use or tampering. Oils, personal lubricants, massage creams and lingerie cannot be returned. Items that qualify for return, must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive full credit, or we can issue a store credit for the amount of the original purchase less shipping costs. Please call or e-mail your request for an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) before returning any product.
11: ERRONEOUS TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or contains other typographical errors we retain the right to refuse or cancel that order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Upon order cancellation,we will immediately issue a credit to your card. Sorry, but mistakes can happen.
